Core Lash Concept — Return & Refund Policy
At Core Lash Concept, we’re committed to delivering accredited, high-quality education and digital resources that empower lash artists to succeed.
Because of the nature of our training and digital materials, specific policies apply to protect both the student and the integrity of the courses
1. Deposits & In-Person Training Courses
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all in-person training bookings.
Remaining balances must be paid in full 48 hours before the course date.
If you wish to reschedule, you may transfer your booking once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Failure to attend or provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, illness, or personal circumstances, but every effort will be made to reschedule your training to a suitable date.
2. Online Courses & Digital Training Products
Due to the instant-access nature of online courses, manuals, eBooks, and other digital resources, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Once your student login or digital download link has been issued, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be made.
Please ensure you have read the full course description and meet any technical requirements before purchasing.
3. Course Access & Support
If you experience technical issues accessing your online course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If a course cannot be accessed due to a verified technical fault on our end, access will be reissued or a replacement course offered at no additional cost.
4. Lash Kits & Physical Items
If you have purchased an optional lash kit, please note these items are non-refundable once dispatched due to hygiene regulations.
In the unlikely event that your kit arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so a replacement can be arranged.
5. Mentoring Add-Ons
Mentoring sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or commenced.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to arrange an alternative time.
6. Cancellations by Core Lash Concept
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:
A new course date, or
A full refund of any fees paid for that booking.
We reserve the right to amend training dates if necessary, but all changes will be communicated promptly and transparently.
