Cancellation Policy
At Core Lash Concept, we aim to provide a professional and supportive training experience for every student. By booking a course or purchasing digital training materials, you agree to the following terms: ⸻ 1. Booking Deposits • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all in-person and online training bookings. • Remaining balances must be paid no later than 48 hours before your scheduled course date. • Deposits may be transferred to a new date once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your course date will result in the loss of your deposit. • If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible — one date transfer is permitted per booking. • No-shows or late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may forfeit their session without refund. ⸻ 3. Online Course Access • Online course logins and materials are for personal use only and must not be shared or resold. • Access will be provided once full payment is received. • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are available once access has been granted. ⸻ 4. Accreditation & Certification • All accredited courses are approved by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists). • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of case studies and assessment (if required). • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the criteria for insurance and accreditation in their country of residence. ⸻ 5. Kits & Deliveries • If a kit is purchased, it will be shipped within 5–7 business days after booking confirmation. • Kits are non-refundable once dispatched due to hygiene regulations.
